Who We Are
Resolute Arrow Ministries is a Christian 501(c)(3) nonprofit serving military members, veterans, first responders, and their families through direct support and faith-based outreach. Our mission is to ensure those who serve are supported at the local level, where care can be personal, immediate, and meaningful. We provide direct support, strengthen unit-based ministry, and equip churches to effectively care for military, veteran, and first responder communities.
Leadership Philosophy
We are intentionally low-profile. It is not about us. Our focus is not on recognition, but on execution of our system that support people effectively and consistently.
Founder & Executive Director
Our founder has experience in military engineering, joint and interagency operational planning, military financial management and Chaplaincy within Special Operations.
This background brought together operational planning, financial expertise, crisis response, and spiritual care to shape a ministry model built on both consistency and adaptability.
The organization was created to provide structured, accountable support where it is most needed, with the flexibility to respond quickly in situations where traditional processes are often too slow and to equip churches to support those who serve more effectively.
Board of Trustees
We are guided by a board with extensive experience across military service, corporate leadership, and Christian ministry. Our board brings together:
Senior noncommissioned officers and officers with operational leadership experience
Special Operations operators and enablers
Military chaplains, pastors, and church leaders
Backgrounds in law enforcement, federal service, and organizational leadership
Collectively, the board provides the oversight, discipline, and perspective necessary to ensure the mission is carried out with clarity, accountability, and effectiveness.
Why We Were Founded
With 100+ years of military experience and 50+ years in ministry, our leadership recognized a critical gap, those who serve often lack immediate, local support when they need it most. Those who try to help often lack the resources or structure to respond effectively.
Resolute Arrow Ministries was created to meet that need: to respond quickly, demonstrate Christ’s love in tangible ways, to build stronger unit cohesion through faith, and equip local churches to effectively support military and first responder communities.
